In just 10 days a new administration takes over the executive branch of government. Among the agencies to be taken over will be the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (BATF). Will the infamous Operation & Furious documents be available to the newcomers or has the current BATF already destroyed those files? Ditto for the Department of Justice.

Yeah, I know it is illegal to destroy those files but perhaps the files are on retrievable. I definitely want to get to the bottom of that Fast & Furious scandal in which Eric Holder and Obama secretly flooded Mexico with guns in order to eventually place the blame on American gun dealers. Plan didn't work out because it was discovered before current administration could place the fake news blame upon American gun dealers.

Not sure but am thinking that Judicial Watch had some of those files through litigation.
I will try and research.

You can bet that the NSA and Wiki has the evidence.

Not just Fitton but Assange the other day implored whistleblowers to grab documents NOW, so they must be shredding them.

FOIL the NSA for copies of all written and phone/cell conversations of all the principals
If NSA can't/won't provide copies, then defund them for incompetence .

Then consider criminal charges for:
RICO - definitely organized and in conspiracy with others
International gun running and traficing - coercing stores to provide firearms to known "straw purchasers"
accessories to murder - since many murders in Mexico were attributed to these specific firearms, and lastly,
destruction of government property - destroying government documents, memos, and phone/ cell records.

If Fast and Furious files were destroyed, then BATF/DOJ has given aid and comfort to the enemy.

Those F&F files are relevant to the State of California’s hiring of Eric Holder and his law firm. In 2102, Holder was found in contempt, both civil and criminal, by the House of Representatives for his failure to provide F&F documentation.
He belongs in prison.

One of the RATs’ biggest nightmares coming true of losing is Tom Fitton has FOIA records requests on every corrupt act they’ve attempted since 2008.

A lot of the Fast and Furious documents were on classified networks at the National Drug Intelligence Center (NDIC) in Johnstown, PA.
That evidence was largely destroyed when the Obama Admin (Attorney General Holder) hurriedly shut down NDIC (with no other organization picking up their mission or files). The Network servers were probably destroyed then, and all the employees were just scattered to the wind to try to find new jobs wherever they could (most got other federal jobs).
It was an exceptionally brazen cover up.

May Brian Terry rest in peace.
Jaime Zapata tambien.
Not to mention 200+ other human beings.
Holder, Clinton, and 0bama are responsible for those deaths.
Then there is Benghazi...
