The writer is clearly desperate to create his narrative.

The GIF of Trump has him doing all sorts of gestures (something he does a lot in the past ). He then focuses and does a snapshot of ONE particular instance where his gesture just happens to seemingly match the reporter’s disability ( and nope, they don’t exactly match ).

I say he is FORCING IT.

So NOPE, this article is NOT evidence of it at all.
