That’s what Donald Trump said as well.
The WaPo described Trump's motion as spastic. Spastic means: "a series of involuntary, rhythmic, muscular contractions and relaxations." This is the exact OPPOSITE of the condition Kovaleski has.
WaPo then showed an animated gif which exaggerates the limited motion actually in Kovaleski's hand. That's simply more fake news from WaPo, and is a bald faced lie.

BTW, I'm writing this as a long-time Trump critic who voted against both Clinton and Trump. As a political skeptic, neither conservative nor progressive, I reckon that the disinformation and outright BS coming from Trump opponents is at least an order of magnitude greater than Trump's BS. I still don't trust Trump, but I am growing to dislike and distrust the Trump-haters far more than Trump.
