Is grilled pimento cheese with bacon on the list?
Yes! Homemade hot pimento cheese, heavy on the bacon, grill it in butter in a cast iron skillet. The cheese oozes out and browns on the edges. Very nice. I’ve only encountered two places that do this. Otherwise, I eat them at home.
