I haven’t had a decent sandwich in 13 years.

BBQ beef brisket sandwich at Angelo’s in Ft Worth (I get it with a slice of cheddar) or the ribs that are to die for and melting of the bone. The place is an institution. Stock Show parade is in Cowtown this Saturday and the place will be surrounded by many pickups with stock trailers hitched behind. Also where you’ll find most of the PGA players (especially native Texans) during Colonial week. Oh and the pickled jalapenos are free. Guess that about covers it.

Only three out of 15 are located in cities not near a major coast and all three of those in far left cities. Horse hockey. Everybody knows the best sammiches in America are made here in the Pittsburgh area?

The city itself may be lefty, but the 'burbs elected Donald J. Trump. And it isn't just great restaurants like Primanti Brothers where you get first class sammiches. We also have them in gas stations like Sheetz and Speedway too. Did I also mention the prices are affordable?

Breaded Pork Tenderloin sandwich! That is my favorite! Available in Indiana and some other Midwestern pork producing states.

Every single one of these “best” sandwiches are in some liberal controlled shit hole city in the US. There is no way I would travel to any of these crap holes and spend my money.

8.Lobster roll at Bite Into Maine in Portland, ME

This seasonal food truck parks itself in Portland’s beautiful coastal Fort Williams Park each spring and summer, serving up fresh Maine lobster that’s pristine and perfectly cooked. Three types of lobster rolls are available, and they’re all unimpeachable: Maine style, with fresh chives and just a bit of mayo; Connecticut style, with hot butter; or picnic style, with hot butter, fresh coleslaw and celery salt. $17.49

Typical stupid article. Fort Williams Park is in Cape Elizabeth, Maine. You can get good Lobster rolls for less than $17.49 in Portland. I have never had chives on a lobster roll so it is not Maine style. No lobster roll ever had enough mayo for my mother. She loved to get hers at Susan’s on Forest Avenue or Two Lights in Cape Elizabeth just down the street from Portland Headlight (which is really is in Cape Elizabeth).

My two favorite sandwiches:

1. Anything from Jersey Mike’s, prepared Mike’s way.

1. Peanut butter and onions. Slice an onion by an amount roughly equal to a beef patty, then enclose in slices of bread lavishly slathered with peanut butter. Enjoy!

I don’t eat out much and usually not sandwiches so I don’t have a favorite.

I do love a good old plain grilled cheese or even one dressed up.

My favorite from when I was a kid but haven’t had in a few years.I actually intended to make one last month but I forgot.

White sandwich bread, peanut butter, honey, ham, and Cheetos. Then lightly smash together. I also want to try it as a grilled sandwich.
