Ah, but you said it so well! I gave up drinking the day BO was sworn in because I had genuine fears of becoming a borderline alcoholic or worse! Having not touched a drop in eight long years, I can truly say my body feels better for it.

But it is going to be tough not to crack open a bottle of champagne in celebration on January 20. I scored an invitation over to a friend's house who is going to do sparkling cider instead. It was on a post New Year's Day clearance sale at the local market and I bought ten bottles!
