“Think about it. She left a $20 million/year sure thing at Fox News to go to NBC. NOT a smart move.”
I’m sure she didn’t feel comfortable at Fox, but she still could have gotten her revenge by both cashing in and driving Fox’s ratings into the gutter.
Fox is VERY LUCKY.
John who?
Should have sent her off after her last show on Fox with: “I have a message. Megyn Kelly’s plane ... was shot down ... over the Sea of Japan. It spun in ... there were no survivors.”
They probably would have cheered.
Her long fake eyelashes probably won’t go over well with the mainstream lezzies.
If ratings slump at her new show, I predict she goes for a giant boob job.
If that doesn’t work, her next step will be to ‘accidentally’ leak a sex tape with Michael Moore.
If someone tied me to a chair and held my eyes open with toothpicks so that I HAD to watch an episode of MASH, I would wish it was one of the early episodes with McLean Stevenson.
I didn’t even know who she was until recently although I had heard that she had some run-ins with Trump. Then I saw her book on sale with her picture on it and my reaction was that she is attractive, with a distinctive look, but seems stuck on herself. Then I heard her talk on the radio and felt like she is smart and not the worst person in the world. My conclusion is that she will land on her feet and do well, though maybe with a smaller audience just because of the different network.
If you recall, Deborah Norville joined The Today Show in 1989 and Jane Pauley left the show shortly thereafter, leaving critics to compare Norville to "All About Eve" as an ingénue who squeezes out the diva.
Norville's reputation never fully recovered after that.

There was always a market for Herve Villachaise.
I just happened to be YouTubing it yesterday, and his decision to leave made some list of "bad career moves by actors".
Stevenson was quoted "I made the mistake of thinking America was in love with McLean Stevenson, when, in fact, it was in love with Henry Blake."
In Kelly's case, the "built-in audience" observation takes is the reason for a cookie-cutter blonde newsreader. Her mistake was being an LSM/FNC/agent lemming listening to the inevitability of HRC as the first female POTUS.
OTOH, being able to turn down a $100 million contract... /sarc
Because of Kelly’s ongoing feud with candidate Trump many
people on the right failed to acknowledge that she also
fired on Clinton and the liberals. She may have gained some
sympathy from among some NBC viewers. Still, other NBC
regulars will not warm to her due to her FOXNEWS
foundation even though she scuffled with DT. That’s how
I see it. Her NBC career will not last near as long as
her time with FOX.
These people frequently use a network jump to “have a little work done.” Don’t be surprised if Me-again looks a little bit different when she turns up again.
Brilliant comic actor, channeling Gelbart like no one else could or would. It is a shame that he just did not know moderation in vino veritas.
And yet, there she is on Inside Edition, and she still looks hot.
One can only hope.
Pride goeth before destruction, and an haughty spirit before a fall. (Proverbs 16:18)
I glanced at every post:
Universal FR Doom and Gloom predictions for Megyn Kelly going forward.
So I am apparently alone in predicting at least modest success for her at NBC. Actually I think she will put on her Liberal Hat, those long eyelashes and do just fine.
Lt. Yar/Denise Crosby/Star Trek — same effect.
You think the NBC audience will be enthusiastic about Megyn Kelly?
