An occasional tuna salad sandwich? OK,if I have no other option I'll do it.But $1350/lb? I'm not sure I'd pay $1.35/lb for tuna.

Blue fin tuna is really really really good. I had some about 15 years ago in Taiwan - when the price wasn’t nearly so high!

Think of very tender roast beef.
