Not with an Obama justus department. maybe with a Trump justice department however. putting it on facebook as they did definitely makes this more than a simple hate crime though. They were using violence and mass media to affect an entire population and a government. that is terrorism.
We have only 15 days and counting of Obozo. They can’t get to court that fast. It will be under Trump.
