I take it to mean not a government bureau/agency.
But why would Assange put it this way if not to leave the door open for someone with connections to the Kremlin? But don’t get me wrong, I’m not trolling. I think it’s a non-issue any way you slice it.
Drudge is flogging this a little too hard. Assange’s statement is just about verbatim what he told Sean the last time he was on the program. No new ground.
