I blieve it possible, if only after viewing her photo. It screams “high maintenance bitch”.

My sentiments exactly.

She recruited token black people to work for her to show her tolerance and superior morality and then found that her world view brought her into personality conflict with the tokens she had hired.

Not really racists much as condescending.

In her mind she was being inclusive and tolerant by hiring black people and she saw them not as the best people for the job, but as her token black crew.

Truth of the matter is, it is generally very poor policy to put family members of extremely wealthy business tycoons in direct contact with hourly employees. The employees can't get over their jealousy and resentment but still try to ingratiate themselves personally with the rich facility members which makes for really bad interpersonal dynamics. Lots of negative work dynamics as employees strive to ingratiate themselves with flattery and kissing up to their wealthy masters while bad mouthing, undermining and marginalizing their co workers to gain advantage and promote themselves. These negative dynamics drive discord and resentment both employee to employee and employee to employers. On the other hand, most really rich people have very different life experience and mindsets combines with some personality quirks (some are real difficult, morons and/or asshats BTW - others are just dilettantes looking to entertain themselves. ) that really sets off the less fortunate employees. .

I used to work for the Burlington Northern Railway in the Fort Worth dispatcher office as a Signal and Telecom electronic technician. One day my supervisor said we had a project to go to the CEO (Walter Drexel) home on Curzon Ave and install a entertainment sound system. We were there three days and I was working with contractors wiring the house and installing volume controls in the living areas.

As I was finishing up (I was the last worker in the house), Mrs. Drexel was in the kitchen cutting a cantaloupe with a lady who was there involved with some redecoration. Before I had a chance to leave, she came into the room and said,
“We would invite you to stay for lunch, but we don’t have anything you would like.”
