HAHAHAHA.

Look, I tried to talk my brother out of getting a pitbull because he has three children, and I admit that some breeds are more likely to be bread to vicious than others. I will also say that it comes down to the specific dog.

But, did you seriously post a website featuring, "The Dog bite King of the legal universe," as a credible source?

The same article that discusses killer Pomeranians?

Yes, some breeds are bread to attack. No, just because a dog is of a certain breed doesn't mean the dog WILL be vicious.

I had a huge doberman I bought as a puppy that thought he was a lapdog and was awesome around my kids.

I think your point would be better made if you didn't cite some ambulance chaser as your source.

And lastly, at the bottom of the link you cited:

Any individual dog may be a good, loving pet, even though its breed is considered to be potentially dangerous. A responsible owner can win the love and respect of a dog, no matter its breed. One cannot look at an individual dog, recognize its breed, and then state whether or not it is going to attack.

I wonder if there has ever been a study to find out what breeds end up in homes where they become well trained vs. those that wind up in homes where they aren’t well trained?
