TV reception breaking up into pixels, erratically, on both NFL games I'm switching between. Anyone else having the problem?

Is it raining or snowing hard where you are? Pixilation happens when the digital signal is not streaming. The receiver is trying to keep up and cannot.It was a nice, sunny day with a little breeze, nothing out of the ordinary. By the time I decided to call the cable provider to comment it had started clearing up.
