The “St. Louis American” describes the “artist”, David Pulphus, as a “young African American man”. That is why this garage is even considered art in the first place. I notice there is a beauty shop in the piece, but where is the depiction of looters stealing “their weave”? How come nobody’s pants are hanging below their butts? I also noticed that the depicted “Michael Brown” lost about 250 lbs. Also, none of the buildings are on fire, and the old lady in the car hasn’t been dragged out and beaten yet. This is a perpetual black victim fantasy piece, done with 8th grade talent.

Maybe the painting represents 1966-1975, when the hippies and black panthers coined the word “pig” to mean cops. They used to be the Fuzz!
Remember the coloring book from that time with cops as pigs? It was said, by the radicals,the coloring book was a fake made up by the FBI.
