What about all of the threats against Electors? Are those being investigated by Justice?Maybe in about a month when we start restoring the concept of Justice to the Justice Dept.

Is this the CEO of that security company? I don't think it is. When is that guy getting arrested as well? Heard nothing about that, and he pretty much said he wasn't kidding about killing Trump. A lot of these Hillary supporters are psychotic criminals just like their hero, and I hope these punks get locked up.
Look at this, here it is... does this sound like a guy who was joking? Not to me. Why isn't he in prison as we speak? Last I heard of him was he stepped down as CEO.

For the last eight years we have all known what we would endure had we succumbed in a foolish moment. Now it is their turn. Consider mercy once the lawyers have stripped the flesh.

Should the president be given special consideration in these cases? "True Threats" as defined by law should be and are illegal. But you hit the nail on the head with your question. Yes, statements about the president should be given special consideration. Virtually all of them are crude, offensive political statements (protected by the 1st Amendment) rather than "true threats" (not protected). This guy's statements fall in the crude, offensive political statement category.

And who gets to define what a ‘true threat’ is?

I know. And courts can decide to manipulate that definition. (facepalm)
