One thing I notice is that one of the analysts they quote as a source is Gareth Porter, who started his career working for some Soviet/Vietcong front groups and has been associated with John Kerry for many years; so that part I take with a grain of salt. Despite that, some interesting things in that piece. I could believe the part about the military rebelling against Obama—I have heard that independently.

Shortly after that attack Russia declares the US government and agreement incapable state, a status normally given to 3ed world nations where no one really in charge and thus can’t be negotiated with. It apears that Obama is so weak that he’s lost complete control of the government.
