It was explained to me that crop dusting was an active and planned assault where you are essentially 'dry gultched' by a planned eructatory assault and having the perp run away to evade reprisal.

A simple walk-by fart does mpt qualify. bit os actually defined by a rapid drive by getaway.

They also seem to seek out an older person who could not catch up to the perp getting away.
