The only version of Drummer Boy I’ve ever liked.
RIP Bing and David.

Guess it’s no consolation that we still have David Crosby.

I enjoyed this because it was very interesting when the two of them, from two completely generations and genres, could come together and make such a beautiful version of the song.
And I don't really like the song, except for this version.

I’m still down about his death. He was someone who was continually evolving and improving and he proved you didn’t need acceptance by the mainstream to be happy with yourself and life.

Wow. Awesome! As others have said, not one of my favorite Christmas songs by any means, but Bowie is one of my absolute favorite musicians ever, and this duet with Bing is really special.
Thanks for posting!

Bowie was and will always be an incredible talent on stage as a musical rocker and actor. He was a most gifted man.
I have absolutely no idea of his political beliefs as he chose to keep this private. That was his choice and a good choice. Unencumbered by politics he was free to express his genius in song and acting. I suspect he was a libertarian and did not even know he was one. He did not bother with definitions.
I mourn his early passing.
