That phrase has to be extirpated from the US vocabulary, legal and otherwise. It goes against personal responsibility and decriminalizes criminals.

Assuming the water park was fenced, gated, locked, and sign posted NO TRESPASSING, and considering this was a teenager presumably able to read, I’m not sure an attractive nuisance suit would stick. At least I hope it wouldn’t.
