Growing up in northern Michigan, winter was our playground for skis, sleds and anything else we could find that would make us go fast.

If we would have had access to a facility like that, we probably would have taken advantage of it too. Probably starting out by packing the shutes down so that it would have accommodated a saucer.........wheeeeee!

Hopping the fence for a midnight snow tubing ride down the landing ramp of the 100 meter ski jump in Iron Mountain is a super rush...or so I’ve heard.
