I have a sister that is transgendered she lives her life as a guy. I have thought about this issue a great deal because of her. if there was any deception after first meeting and starting up there relation ship. this transgendered individual brought it on them selves what happen to him. if there had been any sexual relationship on his part and the person did not know about her actually being a male then as far as I am concerned something akin to rape took place and it should be treated that way by the law and be a migrating factor come the punishment faze because the man is still guilty of murder.
I agree that not revealing one is a fake woman (transgender) should be called rape, at least. Everywhere but California (they’d never agree. I think they’re owned by the Gaystapo).
