The First Amendment forbids the government from interfering with free speech.
Private parties can do as they please.
For example, on FR, people can’t liberal comments as this is a conservative forum.
Its not considered censorship. And liberals have the freedom not to entertain contrary ideas.
They have a right to boycott her and refuse to sell her any more of their “art” but they do not have a right to make demands regarding items she already owns.
So they can refuse to photograph her wedding or son’s bar mitzveh? On first amendment grounds?
Didn’t work for photographers who refused to photograph same sex weddings. EVEN with the state(s) they were in didn’t recognize same sex marriage.
Of course they do. But they do not have the right to demand that she remove artwork from her walls.
