The boredom on line for long time waiting to pay for your items can get you tense and irritable and create a short fuse. Aside from using the "f word" in public, I might have thought and maybe said the same thing as Ms. Buckner.
What she said wasn't particular racist, she used no racial/ethnic epithet, and there was no violence.
Wonder if these Hispanic women were illegals. (My guess is that they were, because no claim was made in the Sac Bee article to the contrary.) And if they were, it is a microcosm of the fact that American citizens are sick and tired of out borders being breached and do indeed feel that illegal immigrants should be removed out of the country. That's a legitimate gripe against the federal government, and that's one of the reasons why Trump won the presidency.
And as to the Louisville mayor who stuck his comment into the situation and the local TV station who made it a top story, well, that's what liberals do at every opportunity.

Having lived for years in a border area, I can tell everyone that that cutting in line is modus operenddi for the Mexican National or Mexican American shoppers. One person of a group of shppers gets in line and holds a place, all shop in turns and throw items in the basket until they have dozens of items for the clerk to ring up for each person. In other words 3 or more transactions.
It is really frustrating to stand behind multiple carts with multiple transactions in each.
I have seen people be a lot more angry and vociferous than this one.

Liberals fall for this crap every time. An apology from the store and a few discount coupons would have been appropriate, not a monologue on political inclusiveness, no need to learn the host country’s language, and most importantly, WHEN YOU ARE IN LINE AND AT THE CASHIER’S STATION, DON’T START BUYING OTHER CRAP. IT IS INCONSIDERATE TO THE OTHER PEOPLE QUIETLY WAITING THEIR TURN IN LINE.

Now just a cotton pickin’ minit here. Let’s be fair. She may have killed a gringo, and she may, after sobering up, have been glad that she killed a gringo and not one of her own, but she did not kill him because he was a gringo, but because she was drunk. Then she probably fled the scene because she was in the US illegally and didn’t want to be deported just for killing someone without racial malice. So of course this wasn’t newsworthy. A woman shouting “go back where you belong,” however, is very newsworthy, because she was shouting at an Hispanic to go back where she belonged, a decent, hard-working Hispanic who hadn’t driven drunk as far as anyone knew, or killed any gringos on bicycle and run away, either. So of course it was racism that motivated her, and not aching corns on her toes.
Christmas shopping seems to bring out the worst in some areas. Since my wife passed away I just give cash these days. No lines, no returns and it always fits. ;o)

I get no question. The story was chapter and verse of exactly what happened. There was a video, as well, instead of using crayons and paper to draw you a picture. What more do you require, short of being there on a case study, yourself, in person?
