So much to be thankful for this year. Its the first truly joyful Christmas in I don’t know when. How could anyone be grumpy this year? :-)
I have actually been a little grumpy lately for several probably insignificant reasons. Listening to some choir Christmas music all day seems to have helped. “Hallelujah” repeatedly over a few hours does serve to lighten any darkness.
Tiki Lounge Troupe’s Hawaiian Christmas is pretty good blues chaser.

I’m Baptist, so of course church is cancelled on Sunday.

I hate the holidays. I did work at 15 to get Goldwater elected. I voted for every republican president that ran after I was 21 (the voting age until after I was 21). I am a rock ribbed conservative....
......and I HATE the holidays except for Lionel O gauge trains and Jesus Christ. I’m fine the rest of the year.

Pretty much the only thing that makes me grumpy over the holidays is those irritating forced cheerfulness people that accuse me of being grumpy. And I know exactly what to do about them, but I don’t really enjoy digging holes in the desert.
