Islamic terrorists were accused of planting the bomb on the plane while it was at the airport in Frankfurt, Germany

Islam - the religion of
blow them to pieces
cut them to pieces

Killing infidels for 1400 years

One perpetrator released from Scottish prison for humanitarian reasons. Yeah, having to eat some of that Scottish cuisine would be a form of torture.

I was in Frankfurt then. An MP buddy just dropped his friend off for that flight.

Yeah, then they released the SOB due to his medical health. He should have never been given a life sentence, only death was a justified punishment. Since he professed allah to the end, I am rather sure that he has found the existence after life to be rather warm with his master lucifer(allah)

Muzzies again. The world didn’t get the message then, and most of it is not getting the message now.

I was stationed in the UK at that time. I had flown on Flight 103 and possibly that aircraft before.

That sob should have died in prison.

Maybe, maybe not... Pan-Am had other problems.

However the pilots are suing and asking for compensation.

A story from a few days ago about current happenings -

https://www.washingtonpost.com/news/true-crime/wp/2016/12/16/pan-am-pilots-still-feeling-victimized-28-years-after-lockerbie-seek-money-from-libya-fund/?utm_term=.86e60420cd77

My BIL was on the other flight terrorist incident admitted to by Libya, the Karachi hijacking.

Would never have been solved had the flight left Heathrow on time.

Explosion was timed to happen when plane was over the ocean.

RIP all victims.

I remember it like it was yesterday but not in a good way. At the time I used to watch the show A Current Affair. They had a reporter, cannot remember his name, big man, had a beard, was there when it was still on fire. I saw raw footage of dead people on fire. The ones on the ground were naked, burned, in pieces. Just writing this hurts my heart. One girl, naked, long blonde hair in her seat in the tree, fire ball all around her. Many hung in those trees. The reporter crying, trying to keep it together. He quit after that. A truly horrific scene.

All you could do was pray they went quick.

A Current Affair never aired that footage again. They apologized for showing it that one time.

Gwen, a Pan-Am stewardess friend, switched off that flight- her route- to attend a Christmas Party with our group. She relayed feelings of relief, yet some ‘guilt’ in the aftermath.

A month later a writer-columnist (NYT?) came to address our republican club. Her only child, her daughter, had been on Flight 103 returning from a school field-trip event. The mother was functioning extremely well but very likely still in a state of disbelief and shock.
