I can’t see any other way you can even construct a conspiracy theory to blame Obama for this, unless you want to try and claim that Obama somehow planted that idea in Kyle’s head.

Kyle was known for taking several soldiers to the range. It wasn't just Routh. It would have been decently easy to eventually slip the crazy dude in on purpose.
