Its a cop-out to say that its OK if someone who is healthy chooses to not have children, or not enough children - because the problem is the cumulative effect of such selfishness, multiplied many million-fold.
National suicide is the result. Just look at Western Europe, which started importing Mohammedans because of a shrinking labor pool and tax base.

Those who should have children (higher IQ populations) are not.
Those who should not have children (lower IQ populations) are.
