Richards, who arrived at the court in Fort Lauderdale using a walker, was released on $25,000 bond. She told Judge Barry Seltzer that she is on disability and has not been employed since 2004. She was represented by a public defender.
Among the conditions of Richards release from custody is that she stay off websites that promote the notion that the Sandy Hook school shooting in 2012 was a hoax and other false conspiracy theories.

When one commits criminal acts, and continues to commit them, such as threatening others as she has apparently has done, the judge was certainly correct in prohibiting her to continue the practice.
