If you can't find 'Cool whip' (hear there's a shortage) Make your own. It is infinitely better tasting. There's just no comparison. If you've never made your own, you've no idea how delicious whipped cream is. (It's like comparing the awful cranberry glop that comes in the cans to making your own)

Just pick up a carton of 'whipping cream' at the grocery, add a bit of sugar and vanilla and whip for a few until it's the right consistency. You'll never buy 'Cool Whip' or the likes again!

Real whipped cream stands head and shoulders above “whipped topping”.

I do not understand why folks would ever use the fake stuff.

When I met my wife she had never, ever had real whipped cream at family gatherings. I taught her how to make it. 3 ingredients, big whoop.
