It’l live on - in prison where it’ll be used as a “disciplinary diet.”
I don't think the food legacy is working out in your favor, Moose-chelle.
I’m as old as the hills and twice as dusty, but in the 60’s, our school cafeterias served well balanced delicious lunches, that would rival mom’s home cooking. (And mom was a good cook) About twenty years later, I had occasion to eat the school lunches at a local high school. OMG! They were AWFUL! Cheap mystery meat, frozen pizza, instant potatoes, canned gravy. It all tasted like the lowest grade frozen tv dinners, and it was junk food. Pizza, corn dogs, tacos with mystery meat, processed breaded “meat” patties, just awful stuff. The only homemade food was the tossed salad on the salad bar. Everything else was processed foods. Our school district at the time, was in a huge budget crunch (still is, due to a discrimination lawsuit that a Chicago law firm has been bleeding the school system dry for years. Many lawyers in that firm have retired rich because of it). So, I don’t know what the rest of the country was doing, but it wasn’t fit to eat, and no decent nutrition. Michelle Obama lunches looked about like those awful lunches did. YUK!
Bring back pizza and sloppy joes.....
Only thing the Worst Lady has done is cost parents a lot of extra food allowance money for their kids.
Dream on, the children don’t eat your crap, it goes in the trash. Even my 15 yr old grandson who is not a picky eater won’t touch the crap. Just dumps it after he’s had his drink. Says the crap is not edible or sufficient to feed a 15 yr old, much less a 5 yr old in portion sizes.
Hospitals have copied the same diet, guess what, it’s not eaten either. When a 20 yr career Navy Ret. SCPO turns his nose up at your crap food, you know it’s bad. Turkey meatloaf is terrible, as is the OVER SALTED horrid smelling broth that smells like dog poo. Since when is Red jello and a Pop cycle a liquid diet?
