I know the intersection where this happened.
Mrs. Biden pulled out from a stop sign in front of the truck.
There is not good sight distance for anyone from any direction.

I am from Newark and was living there at the time this happened.
I read the reports and I know people that was involved in assisting the accident.
It was clear from all reports that she (Nelia Biden) pulled out in front of Mr. Dunn's truck.
I don't know how any of us could have avoided being hit if we pulled out on Limestone Road at that intersection. I have driven that road many times and the downgrade gets your attention.
I heard Biden make the comment more than one time, he spoke as though Mr. Dunn was at fault.
He should be pulled before a judge with remarks he made.
Mr. Dunn's family has suffered enough,
VP Biden also suffered, he lost his wife and baby daughter and spent 7 months in the hospital with his boys, he should address the people of Delaware and confess that he made a mistake blaming the truck driver that did nothing wrong.
