A crash involving dozens of vehicles and a tractor-trailer shut down Interstate 95 in South Baltimore Saturday morning.
At least two people were killed and 15 were injured in the icy pileup, three of those seriously.
Emergency crews at the scene said at least 55 vehicles and one tanker were involved in the crash near the exit for Washington Boulevard on I-95 south just before 5 a.m.

He’d already stopped for an accident (either on his side of the highway or to report the wreck on the other side) and he mentions that he’s going to stopped shooting video to call 911 again.
And the truck drivers didn’t seem to care about weather or traffic conditions. Several trucks are seen going through the fire/smoke. Not wise as there could be all sorts of debris in the road.
