Newly released, and heavily redacted, FOIA documents lead to a breakthrough.

The documents here provide us with HRC and WJC’s itinerary while on official State Department trip to Europe in late 2012. HRC is accompanied by State Department officials including Victoria Nuland and Mr. Sullivan and others. The trip marks the tail-end of HRC’s term at the State Department.

The schedule includes several days in Brussels, Belgium for NATO talks and other official business. This timeframe coincides with the surfacing of allegations of sexual misconduct of a US ambassador and efforts made to cover up the incident according to an internal State Department investigation.

The same final version mentions only that "the perception exists among knowledgeable parties that external influences have negatively affected some [special investigations division] investigations."

But an earlier version dated November 16, 2012, reveals much greater detail about internal investigations that were blocked by top State Department officials.

"Inspectors learned in conversations with Department employees…that in some cases superiors in [diplomatic security] and in senior levels of the State Department have prejudiced the commencement, course and outcome of [special investigations division] investigations," the early draft said.

"Sources referred to [diplomatic security] sometimes circling the wagons to protect favored [diplomatic security] rising stars from criminal charges or from embarrassing revelations that could harm a promising career," the draft continued.

"One case, which triggered outraged comment from several [special investigations division] sources, relates to allegations that a Regional Security Officer engaged in serious criminal conduct including sexual abuse of local embassy staff during a series of embassy postings. Sources also reported that a senior [diplomatic security] official successfully protected some agents on the Secretary's Detail from investigations into misbehavior while on official trips," the November 16 draft said.

It is unclear why this critical text was stripped from the report before the inspector general published it in February 2013.

The Washington Times piece does not reveal the names of any officials that may be involved in the sexual misconduct. It does show significant efforts being made prevent the stories from becoming public. An earlier piece by Breitbart also investigated the cover up going on inside the State Department but goes further by naming the individuals accused of sex crimes.

It is alleged that the US Ambassador to Belgium, Howard Gutman; “slipped away from security detail to solicit sex from minor children.”

Members of Clinton’s staff, Cheryl Mills and Patrick Kennedy, have attempted to quash and cover up the incident in addition to others.

Mills isn’t the only high-ranking official being named. Patrick Kennedy, the Undersecretary of State for Management, is directly accused of killing an investigation into our Ambassador to Belgium, Howard Gutman, who is accused of slipping away from his security detail to solicit sex from minor children.

Gutman was a big Democratic donor before taking the post, having raised $500,000 for President Obama’s 2008 campaign and helping finance his inaugural.

At least seven agents in Clinton’s security detail hired prostitutes while traveling with her in various countries, including Russia and Colombia.

Investigators called the use of prostitutes by Clinton’s security agents “endemic.”

Let’s turn our attention to the Ambassador.

Gutman has made substantial political contributions: Democratic candidates (since 1989) - $86,150 Obama campaign committee “Bundled” – $500,000 aprox. Obama inauguration: $275,000 Also, personal maximums for Bill Clinton and Barack Obama presidential bids.

As we know, the Clinton Foundation’s M.O. is pay-to-play. So, it begs the question: Did Gutman purchase the Ambassadorship?

There is another question that comes to mind. The FOIA report completely redacts Bill Clinton’s itinerary. Was Clinton engaging in sexual misconduct in Belgium as well? Another disturbing aspect is that to have an Ambassador to Belgium accused of pedophilia related behaviour indicates that he must have some connections to a greater pedophile network operating in Belgium. Is the Ambassador’s conduct related to the Belgium pedophile network? The details of the Dutroux Case and cover-up may provide the answers.

TigerClaws, this evidence today is not unheard of. Sex with prostitutes, teens and children has existed throughout history. Also, rewarding donors with Ambassadorships is a normal part of American politics. What is different today is the FOIA combined with dogged lawyers exposing facts. Wikileaks has also exposed facts—facts we assumed but didn't always have the evidence to prove.

I am reading all of your posts as well as the vigorous discussions. I appreciate the dissection by some FReepers even if they don't convince me. What bothers me most is that the focus on pedophilia by the autists at Reddit, et. al., has taken their focus off the damning CONTENT revealed in Hillary's, Podesta’s and the DNC emails. The proof of criminal, seditious and treasonous behavior of the political class is the BIG story.

Podesta is the general in charge of carrying out the destruction of our country long planned by Communists, Alinskites and Statists. The seediness of his taste in art is a consequence of his ideological views. His type rose to power in Weimar Germany and in a direct parallel are doing so today in America. The architects of Hitler's war and the holocaust were as twisted as the elites today who pay massive sums for disgusting artworks. I read your posts along with all the investigations of corruption with interest and try not to jump to conclusions that specific individuals are pedophiles before evidence conclusively proves it. Here, Breitbart names a person by name, but that is not proof, only a lead.

The standard must remain an individual is innocent until proven guilty. I do believe this report of State's Security personnel using prostitutes while traveling with their detail because there are other such reports of the SS doing so since Obama became President. I hope Trump will raise the standard of the security services so they are not vulnerable to blackmail by domestic or foreign enemies of this country. And hope that someone puts the whole depraved story together in a bestselling expose that will lead to lasting change, for the better!
