Ben would have called him BJ. His music is chick music. Check your testosterone girls.

Thanks for the welcome. Quite right - I should have done my research before editorializing. I intended to express my respect for Bon Jovi as an entertainer, and what strikes me as a decent act on his part (and that of his wife) in preserving the final resting place of a Founding Father.

Thank you for sharing this. It is interesting to note that Franklin’s simple gravestone was prepared in exact accordance with his wishes, however a plaque mounted adjacent contains the mock epitaph, which he wrote as a young man in 1728.

It is ironic that pennies are tossed to acknowledge the maxim Franklin popularized: “A penny saved is a penny earned.”

Bro, I was a fan before you were born probably :)

I remember being 18 and hearing Living on a Prayer and thinking this is ####ing great!

Got most of his CDs. He’s anoter guy like Bruce that seems to understand the working man so well but then votes against them every time!!

His stuff though for a while now is stale.

This Ain’t a Love Song was the last very good song and that CD was very good.

The country song was nice.

It’s My Life was a good pop hit.

While My Guitar Lies Bleeding in My Arms..check it out

Thanks Jon Bon. I can almost forgive you for kissing up to Hillary throughout the last election season. Almost.

In the end, I think all these Hollywood celebs schlepping for Hillary wound up helping Trump. Springsteen, Bon Jovi, Beyonce, and the rest were just so over the top in their Hillary ass-kissing that I believe they emboldened us deplorables to just give the entire elite establishment; entertainers, media, politicians, etc. our big middle fingers.
