Obama has never been the person posting any sort of birth document, be it COLB, short forms, long forms photocopies from a book, etc. It’s always some attorney, or an anonymous IT person. Obama has never held up a document and said “this is my real birth certificate” or sworn to specific birth facts under oath. So what can he be charged with? It’s frustrating, but he and the media played this very Clinton.
Yep, he followed the Clinton playbook. He had his attorney from Perkins Coie personally go to Hawaii and bring back the "birth certificate" in order to protect everything with the attorney-client privilege.
Hillary did the same thing with her emails. She had Cheryl Mills and Heather Samuelson, her lawyers, deal with the email sorting and deletion and they later claimed attorney-client privilege in order to shield their activities from full investigation.
In neither case was it necessary for lawyers to do that. It could have been any assistant. Or Obama could have simply had his birth certificate mailed to him by Hawaii.
I do not think a President can wriggle out of blame with that dodge.
Why would the White Hut do this if not given the green light by Obola? IOW, the buck stops at the top.
Obola presented the forged document to legitimize himself in the eyes of the American people because Trump forced this issue to a head. IMO, that's FRAUD
