If you can use the internet, why can’t you use youtube?

I’m really confused.

I do not watch video at any website. If it something I want to keep, I prefer to download it and use a program like VLC to watch it.

Not everyone has high speed access. Many people have problems with videos being jerky, repeatedly pausing, etc.

If you download the file , you can watch it with VLC later and the video will be smooth. Also the downloaded file will not contain commercials.

He’s talking about downloading the video to his hard drive to keep it or send it. You may want to watch it off line.
