I do not watch video at any website. If it something I want to keep, I prefer to download it and use a program like VLC to watch it.

If you can use the internet, why can’t you use youtube?Not everyone has high speed access. Many people have problems with videos being jerky, repeatedly pausing, etc.
If you download the file , you can watch it with VLC later and the video will be smooth. Also the downloaded file will not contain commercials.
