I agree & as I have pointed out: the NFL used 2 different pressure gauges to measure the footballs that evening. They got 2 different results. The science, such as it was, was not properly controlled because the initial measurements were not done with the same equipment. The case should have ended there.

The league also disappeared the Colts and the Patriots gauges. There are however, multiple lines of evidence within the Wells report as to which of the refs gauges was used on the Patriots balls pregame.
