Well, when reading it closely, they use the evidence(?) that makes them “almost certain” that the Russians might have done it. If that’s not proof enough................... Sounds like another ‘toss it against the wall and see what sticks’ approach. Again, no mention as to the content of the leaked info.
It is an interesting narrative. Putin hacked the DNC and John Podesta in a state sponsored, elaborate, and technologically advanced conspiracy against Hillary Clinton.........but Hillary Clinton’s basement server, with closet backups, and TS/SCI/SAP data was never hacked.
