First, extremely difficult to prove Russians sent Podesta’s emails to WikiLeaks
Second, even if the Russians captured Podesta’s emails...
(a) the actual actor was WikiLeaks - Russians did not disseminate the information to the public
(b) impossible to know their intent was to install Trump (maybe it was simply they disliked Podesta, or even actually wanted Hillary, or to cause the potential Civil War II)
(c) impossible to know the number of votes that actually switched
