We can all see on the video that after he exited the vehicle there wasn’t anyone shooting at him for some time, but he decided to disobey orders from law enforcement anyway.

Sorry, but when law enforcement sees a vehicle flying towards them at high speed, they are going to consider that “violence”.

Yeah, sure, maybe if those teenagers were armed, had fled an arrest, had previously said they wouldn’t be taken alive, nearly ran over police officers with a vehicle, then exited the vehicle and decided to ignore armed police officers and make unpredictable movements...
The videos aren’t pointed in the direction of the HRT members of the FBI shooting at the truck.
The shooting team from Oregon law enforcement that exonerated the state police who fired the fatal shot revealed that the FBI was shooting and one of the bullets came into the truck through the roof.
The FBI guys lied when questioned by the Oregon people about firing shots.
The Portland newspaper was told by Oregon sources the FBI drone video showed the FBI guys going through the snow to recover the shell casings and hide what they did.
