They didn’t have to shoot him but their attitude is that if they feel threatened, shoot to kill.

In Georgia yesterday, a grand jury declined to indict a cop who went to the wrong house and killed someone there.

I only thought “007” had a license to kill?

There are some officers / agents just looking for an opportunity to try out their new shiny toys. A little too willingly and some of them have personality traits that aren't too much different than the criminals they pursue.

If a known armed suspect tries to flee arrest, then exits their vehicle and keeps moving towards officers while disobeying orders, they are going to be shot. Everyone in the country who is not mentally disabled knows that is what will happen.

So unless you can tell me Mr. Finicum was mentally disabled, he committed suicide by cop.
