It would be a very good idea to subpoena the ballots and voter rolls from the precincts in question, so that the amount of mismatch can be studied further. If it's like 1 or 2 votes, probably not a problem. If it's 50 or 100, well then, that may be fraud staring us in the face.
Of course, there will be no way to pin this on any individual (or will there) but it will illustrate the issue in no uncertain terms. This will support voter ID and other major steps to ensure the sanctity of the LEGAL ballots cast by American citizens.
Well, it keeps the most fraudulent pro-Hillary precincts from finding additional fraudulent votes, witch is what she needs to win. So yeah, it does hurt her.
