The panel is now saying that the board made no decision and could not rule.
The simple answer to this is for the Governor and the SoS to say that the state of MI has certified it’s electoral votes in accordance with state election law as proscribed by the MI Legislature and in accordance with the US Constitution, and there will be no further recounts. Why the states continue to be held hostage to activist judges is beyond me.
