Carry a pistol when running if you are afraid
Don’t run in bad neighborhoods or other areas know to be dangerous...
If you won’t/can’t do those things, stay home and run on a treadmill...
Since I treasure women I understand how the world is a much more dangerous place for them. Pretend you are always walking/running in a ghetto and you get some idea.
