I have arm problems too. Tried that method and couldn’t hold it. I then decided just to use only my good arm and simply tap on that area with my thumb. Works immediately for me. Ringing goes away for a long while.
you only have to do it about 40 times- can be fast if you wish i guess- i have condition which causes weakness in muscles, and it’s hard to hold my arms up but i can just barely manage about 50 times- quick ones- and it has ‘helped’ so far- we’ll see if repeated times mean more relief-
