The tapping is not along meridans or points I’m familiar with; my knowledge is pretty limited and practical though. Also, for the tinnitus technique precise location does not seem to matter, just the sound; it is a very gentle tapping also and , not the sort of acupressure technique one would use in Chi Kung (Qigong).

Here is a link to some good info. Combining strengthening exercises with acupressure helps to strengthen weaken organs, thus granting relief and healing. When combined with targeted nutrition, the results can be very profound.

I just tried it and felt an immediate improvement. Will do several more times over next 48 hours. It would be such a relief to not hear that buzzing/ringing. Heading to Disney World on Friday and hoping my hearing improves with it too by silencing or at least turning down the volume of the buzzing.
