Not sure your point is all that salient and not to rain on the parade, but when I looked up States which allow this, there are seven red states as well....Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Tennessee, Alaska and Alabama. Three more, Arizona, Utah and Wisconsin have some qualifiers, which totals 107 EVs. It's not as many as Hillary and Wisconsin is arguably a red state these days.

So that means that of the states that DON’T allow first cousins to marry, Trump won the EV’s 199-65.
