Michigan beat PSU 49-10. Penn state snuck by Ohio state. Ohio state snuck by Michigan. I’d put Michigan and Ohio state in over PSU. Probably over Washington too, but you they deserve the spot for their dominant play this week over a top 10. I’d say Michigan’s defense might be the only thing that would potentially compete with Alabama.
