Yes, all our sins.

Fornication does not require the death penalty. The two unencumbered participants can marry.

prostitution is adultery, punishable by death.

Homosexual behavior (not tendency), and forcible rape. Man Stealing. All death penalty sins.

As noted, the Bible calls for the death of the forcible rapist, not his victim. Or any child that results from such rape.

Re : Post #17 I agree with your reply; yet, I may have been misunderstood. You posted, "But again, biblically, adultery is a person deliberately having sex with a person not their spouse. Not a rape victim or etc." and : *Adultery is a serious sin. People are destroyed by it.* I jut wanted to make the point - CCC 2351 lust is a disordered desire for inordinate enjoyment of sexual pleasure. Sexual pleasure is disordered when sought for itself, isolated from its procreative and unitive purposes. With the above definition as a guide, Is adultery a more serious sin than the others? You may say that for two people to swear to almighty God, on His Holy Altar fidelity are breaking a solemn vow, thus committing adultery in the Eyes of the Lord. Understood. But is that really any worse than other sins of the flesh? It is important to remember, and never forget, "Sexual pleasure is disordered when sought for itself, isolated from its procreative and unitive purposes."
