I ran across this as I was desperately trying to find some news. Stock up on barf bags, and waste receptacles. You'll need them to get through this one.
I ran it through search, but was informed it hadn't been posted. Probably with good reason.

Epps was attacking the Constitution as “gravely ill” thanks to “Trumpism” back in September. Rather, Epps’ ideology is what is gravely ill.

Opinion rant by a leftard twit.
There is no useful factual content or reasoning here, so nothing worth discussing. The author is a clown.
It is frightening that he is allowed to teach con law.

Bill Clinton and Barak Obama were never my presidents, either. We survived (barely) and so will they.

The left allowed Obama to ignore laws, create his own laws via Executive Orders, and elevated the power of POTUS the highest we’ve seen it in the history of the Republic.
Where was The Atlantic when Obama was weaponizing the IRS to go after conservatives?
Where was The Atlantic when Obama was encouraging non-citizens to vote in our election violating our basic ‘one person, one vote’ rule?
Where was The Atlantic when Obama failed to enforce immigration laws passed by Congress?
Where was The Atlantic when Obama went after Whistelblowers, prosecuting more than EVERY president in history?
Where was The Atlantic when Obama more than doubled the national debt?
NOW they are scared?
They are scared of the monster they created.

This guy doesn’t seem to understand that Trump promised Constitutional Justices and Clinton promised Justices that would carry out her socialist agenda. The only way he could not understand this is to be an idiot. The Constitution has been saved, buddy - no thanks to you.

I’ve been around here for years. The piece by Garrett Epps with the Atlantic you linked to may be the dumbest thing I’ve ever read. It lacked, well, anything that made any kind of intelligent point and of course lost me at using the word “democracy”. The fellow might have just type the alphabet and not wasted anyone’s time.

“But he is not my president and he never will be.”
Funny, Obama is not my President, and never has been. He has never represented anything except the Socialist, Communist, radicals, Law Enforcement Haters, Extreme Green Party Members, Illegal Aliens, and Muslims. I and many others have been “The Forgotten Men and Women” under the Obama Administration. He has trashed our Republic, our Constitution, and Economy, since cheating his way into office (Think Acorn, Soros, and the MSM).

It is sobering to reflect that this person has made a long series of choices in the course of his life that have resulted in the putrefaction of his intellect which is so evident in this vomit he has written.

But he is not my president and he never will be.
Okay, I have a solution for the "not my president" dimwits, and it's the same one for those who believe that the popular vote winner should be president.
Since Hillary won the popular vote count, via California alone giving her the "winning margin"...
I propose that, Hillary be named "Honorary President of the Socialist State of California". Universities give out honorary degrees, so, why can't there be honorary titles for the sore losers in society?
Those people who propose we get rid of the electoral college, should be informed that, without the margin of votes with which she "won" California, she would have lost the popular vote count too.
